Our barbecue catering experience is fantastic so we are told, we work all around Yorkshire and will arrive in plenty of time to set up our bbq in a suitable area for us to start cooking and serve from, although we can serve inside and just cook outside as long as its quite close and with easy access. We bring all our barbeque food in commercial food chilled bbq cabinets and boxes keeping it nice and cold ready to be cooked on the barbecue. Our caterers will then cook all of your menu on the barbecue ready for your desired serving time so that your guests won’t be waiting for their food to be cooked as its all cooked to perfection and then kept hot in our special barbecue serving containers, making it easy and quick to serve large guest numbers in a very efficient manner even when they come back for seconds! Once everyone has eaten and those that wanted seconds from the barbecue have had chance to do so our caterers will clear away plates and cutlery before clearing away our service and cooking areas leaving it clean and tidy just like we we’re never there so that all our clients have to do is sit back relax and enjoy the lovely comments from their guests about the bbq and our food made by our Barbecue Caterers.
